Find Joy in the Everyday – June 3, 2015

I am in the midst of creating a Homeschool Co-op (ok more like re-creating and re-locating after a year break). First Presbyterian has happily stepped up and provided us a space and resources. They went even a step further and we discussed homeschooling on the local christian tv station yesterday. You can watch it here:

My week has been full of joyful moments: homeschooling fun, work, and still steadily unpacking our cardboard treasure boxes.

How have you been finding joy this week? Link up with us and let us know.

Throughout the summer I have two new series: Military Staycations and My Favorite Home School Resources. My weekly giveaways and book reviews will continue as well as the monthly installment to Women of the Bible.

I finished reading As

6th! I’m dying. It’s awesome and I can’t wait to share it and the $100 giveaway
to go with it. Make sure you come back on

Featured Post from Last Week’s LinkUp

cropped-sglogoheaderThis week our featured post is from Surely Goodness. Kristen shared her post, We Are More Beautiful for Having Been Broken, on last week’s link up. It’s the hard moments, the ones that break us that shape us and make us more beautiful. Kristen’s post is beautiful. I hope you read every word. I would love to hear your stories in the comments below on how God has turned your brokenness into beauty.

I will be featuring one link from the previous week that I felt captured the essence of finding joy in the everyday. I will also be sharing a a little bit of how I’ve been finding the joy in the past week. I hope you will join us for this midweek share of joy. Grab the button and the #JoyHopeLive. Comment on the ones you love and share at least two posts from other bloggers. Tag me on Facebook or via Twitter @Happy2BaHomemkr with your week’s #JoyHopeLive. I can’t wait to read them!

Co-Host for #JoyHopeLive

Homemaker
has joined as co-host for this linkup. Be sure to follow her on Facebook and Pinterest and check out her blog. She is a joy to talk to and the perfect addition to this linkup.

By linking up, you agree to the following rules:

1. Add a link that captures how you Find Joy in the Everyday. It can be a craft, book review, personal story, etc. Just make sure it captures joy.

2. Tweet or share on Facebook your link with #JoyHopeLive (this makes it simpler for me to give you a retweet and comment). Each week Hope and I both add the posts to a Pinterest board. Go love and share some pins.

3. Comment on the posts you love. You are only required to share or comment on two of your favorites (you choose). Be sure to include #JoyHopeLive when you do.

4. Grab the button! Share it on your sidebar or in your post so others will join us next week. We’d love you to tell your friends so they can share the joy!
